Kept my mum in full communication with flight changes and updates, and pushed for wonderful medical service and flight comfort through travel insurance. On another note the ladies treat me like a daughter always making sure I’m in safe areas in each country, advise me of things to look out for but ensure I get everything out of my travels that I desire. Their response time to my questions is impeccable whether I am home or travelling. I couldn’t recommend a more reliable travel agent, especially Jane who has looked after me every trip I have been on”
